Your company’s AI. Your company’s information.

Dominus Foundry operates Sabina and the systems that support her. Your company decides which sources she can access, which responsibilities she carries, and what authority she has.

Whose she is

01

Built and operated by Foundry.

The record of a company is part of what an owner hands down. It should be held on terms the owner can read.

Foundry trains the core model, configures Sabina for your company, and operates her AI and supporting systems. We manage the infrastructure, updates, and ongoing support.

Sabina runs on a core model trained and operated by Foundry. Our proprietary memory and teaching systems shape that foundation around your company, while your permissions define what she may do.

When she is wrong, we answer for it. We remain responsible for the service we provide, and the record of what she did is held in our own system for your company.

02

If you leave.

Each serious buyer asks this eventually: what happens to what she learned about my company if I go?

Your company’s data is held for your company alone, and it is yours. If you leave, it is turned over to you. Foundry never holds your data hostage.

She does not unlearn, and we will not describe a mechanism that doesn’t exist. A packaged export is not built yet, so the form and timetable of the handover are set out in writing when you start the service. It is not a promise of model weights: your company’s data and Foundry’s model and software are different things.

03

Teaching and permission are separate.

Separate systems, by design.

Your team can teach Sabina how work should be handled. The authority system determines which actions she may take and which need approval. What she learns about your business sits in a separate system from the one that governs what she is authorized to do in it. Insight and authority are kept apart on purpose, and the purpose is this: what she learns never turns itself into an action inside your business. Nothing she reads, notices or infers writes her a grant.

Authority is a written object: a sentence you sent her, naming a capability, in force until you withdraw it. Learning is recorded elsewhere, and the gate described on the authority page reads the sentence, not the learning. She may know, from six months of your record, exactly which customer would accept a discount. Knowing it grants her nothing.

Your information

Your company’s information, in the shortest form we can state it.

  • Where she lives

With your company’s people, on the channels and sources you approve.

  • Company knowledge stays associated with your company

Your company’s knowledge, memory, operating instructions, and permissions remain specific to your company. Access follows the sources and authority you approve. Any use by us beyond providing your company’s service needs your specific consent, revocable in writing at any time.

  • Your company record and Foundry’s software

Your business information is your company’s record: we operate it for you and you can read all of it. The core model, the memory and teaching systems, and the software that runs Sabina are Foundry’s. Ownership, access, retention and offboarding are set out in writing when you start the service, and that signed agreement is the binding text.

  • Training and broader use

We do not use your business data to train a model sold to anyone else, hand your record to another customer, or sell it. What your team teaches Sabina is kept as your company’s knowledge; teaching, company memory and model training are different mechanisms. Any future use of eligible derived information beyond providing your company’s service requires separate, specific agreement, and the value of Sabina’s work for your company does not depend on it.

  • If you leave

If you leave, we revoke Sabina’s access and retire your company’s account. What is removed and kept is set out in writing when you start the service.

The commitments governing any broader use are written out on what she learns, including the one that says we will never tell your competitor what to charge.
