FAQ

Questions

The ones people actually ask, answered in the first sentence.

The role

What is Sabina?

Sabina is managed private business AI, shaped around your systems, knowledge, people and authority. Dominus Foundry deploys and operates her for your company; your team teaches her the business and decides what she may handle. For your business, she has her own email address and phone line, and you define her responsibilities and permissions.

Who sets Sabina up and keeps her running?

Dominus Foundry does. We shape Sabina around your company, connect the approved systems and sources, establish her starting responsibilities, and operate the AI behind her. Your team teaches her the business and decides what she may handle.

Whose model does she use?

Sabina runs on a core model trained and operated by Foundry. Our proprietary memory and teaching systems shape that foundation around your company, while your permissions define what she may do.

How is this different from AI accounts for the team?

Sabina is shaped around your company’s systems, knowledge, and responsibilities. Relevant company context can carry from one piece of work to the next, and actions stay within the authority you define. Foundry handles getting her started and her ongoing operation.

Does she already know our company when we start?

Getting started establishes who she works for, the relevant company and industry context, and the responsibilities you agree. Her understanding grows as your team teaches her and she works with approved information.

Does she just answer the phone?

Phone work can be the starting responsibility. The same company context can support follow-up, coordination, company questions, and other agreed workflows as her role develops.

Authority

Does learning give her more authority?

No. Company knowledge and permission are separate. You decide when her responsibilities or authority change.

Does she act on her own?

Only for supported work with ratified authority. The current governed-record path is supervised; independent action must be confirmed for the specific capability in your agreed scope. Knowing something does not give her permission to act.

What if I only want her to watch at first?

That is the normal way to start. Watch-only is a full disposition, not a trial mode, and many capabilities stay there permanently.

Can she act outside what I have authorized?

Authority is granted in writing, each action is recorded against the grant it was taken under, and approving something once does not create standing authority. You can audit any action against the authority that covered it.

Your information

Do we need AI hardware in the office?

Foundry operates the AI infrastructure. You do not need to buy an office AI server to use Sabina.

Is my data used to train AI for other companies?

We do not use your business data to train a model sold to anyone else, hand your record to another customer, or sell it. That describes what we do. Any future use of eligible derived information beyond providing your company’s service requires separate, specific agreement.

What happens to what she learned if we leave?

You can read your company record today. A packaged export is not built; what is delivered, and in what form, is set out in writing when you start the service. Company context is separate from model weights. Do not assume ownership of weights or a lossless transfer to another model or service.

Getting started

What does she need to get started?

An address at your domain, a phone line, and access to the work you want her in. Her first week is where her first capabilities, and the authority attached to each, are written down.

How long before she is useful?

Usefulness depends on the first responsibility, supported connections, sources and corrections. Agree what success looks like and review the work. We do not promise a month-two result.

What does she cost?

There is no number on this site, deliberately, and none is spoken in the demo. In her words: “The price is set by the work you need me to handle. Mark goes over it with you when you meet with him, and sends you a written proposal after.”

Is there a form to fill in?

Start with the seven-step operational assessment on this site. The estimated overhead is shown before you give contact details; the full report follows the demo, or you can choose Skip the demo to view it without saving your answers. If you enter a public website, its address is sent at once to start company research. Other assessment answers are sent with your contact details when you choose Meet Sabina, or when you ask for the meeting with Mark from the results page, by choosing a time or ‘Email me instead’. When you are ready, choose Meet Sabina from the same assessment for a live demo she runs for you. Then comes a meeting with Mark, and he sends a written proposal after it. There is no second application.

Is a founding seat a discount?

No. It is an exchange, stated in full in the offer: what a founding customer gives, and what they hold — including the founding rate, locked for as long as you hold the seat. Nothing is marked down and no percentage is involved.

Who has signed?

The founding seats are tracked by count, not by name, until an arrangement is live. That contractor has signed the first founding seat. Sabina’s onboarding has not yet begun there. The production work at that commercial roofer since March 2026 is a separate Dominus Foundry product. Seven remain unclaimed. The getting-started page keeps this count current.

Who is behind her?

Dominus Foundry LLC, which sets up, runs and supports Sabina, your company’s own AI. Bri Lord is CEO and Mark Lord is CTO. Sabina is patent pending: non-provisional application 19/791,511, filed 30 August 2026, with 19 provisional applications on file since March 2026. Nothing is issued.

Is Sabina only for contractors?

No. The fit is recurring work, handoffs and customer commitments—not one industry. Service companies, property managers and professional offices can share that pattern. The actual role and system fit are reviewed before starting.

See the business examples

The examples

Are these examples real customer case studies?

No. The work examples use fictional records. The animated illustration explains a workflow; it is not a recording of product execution or a customer outcome. Independent research describes other AI systems, not Sabina’s results.

Read the research and its limits

Are the financial illustrations promised savings?

No. They show calculations using labeled assumptions. Staff capacity, avoided spending and incremental contribution are different kinds of value. Your actual scope and price must be considered before choosing a service.

Ask the one that isn’t here.

The harder questions are answered by the person who built her, in your meeting with Mark after you meet Sabina. It starts with the assessment.

Start with the seven-step operational assessment. If you enter a public website, its address is sent to begin research. Other answers are sent with your contact details when you choose Meet Sabina or ask for the meeting with Mark.
