Compare approaches
Sabina vs managed-AI retainers and virtual assistants.
Start with the work your company needs done. Compare who handles it, what they may do, what you review and what the service costs.
The work comes first
Three alternatives worth comparing.
Managed-AI retainer
You want a provider to configure and operate AI for a defined task or team.
Ask: Which work is included? Who maintains it? Which actions require approval, and what record shows what happened?
With Sabina: Foundry sets up and operates Sabina with Forge included. Your company agrees the work, information and authority; specialist tools and supported connections are confirmed in writing.
Virtual assistant
You want a person to handle delegated administrative work and use human judgment within an agreed role.
Ask: Who does the work, when are they available, how are handoffs recorded, and what needs your approval?
With Sabina: Sabina is company AI, not a human assistant or a replacement for professional judgment. Compare her supported tasks with the work you actually need a person to handle.
Business AI subscription
Your team needs a tool for occasional questions, drafting or analysis and can manage its own process.
Ask: Who supplies the company context, checks the result, connects the tools and owns the next step?
With Sabina: Sabina adds an operated service and an agreed work record in Forge. If your existing business AI account is enough, another managed service may not be needed.
A price you can check
Compare the written scope beside the rate.
Sabina is $1,500/month with Forge included and no setup fee for the standard offer. Larger accounts receive custom pricing. Supported work, connections and specialist tools are confirmed in your written proposal.
Forge is the included workspace for the agreed business records. Inclusion does not mean every specialist tool, connection or responsibility is supported in every engagement. Your written proposal states that scope.
On the supported governed-record path, authority is ratified in writing and the action record identifies the applicable grant. Approving one act does not create standing authority. Other capabilities need their own scope and evidence.

Before you decide
Questions worth asking.
How much does Sabina cost?
Sabina is $1,500/month with Forge included and no setup fee for the standard offer. Larger accounts receive custom pricing. Supported work, connections and specialist tools are confirmed in your written proposal. Existing signed and founding-seat agreements keep their own terms.
How does Sabina differ from a managed-AI retainer?
Sabina is an operated company AI service with Forge included. Compare the agreed tasks, sources, approval requirements, work record and ongoing support in each proposal. A provider calling its service managed does not establish that the scope is the same.
Is Sabina a virtual assistant?
Sabina is company AI, not a human virtual assistant. A person may be a better fit for work needing human judgment, relationships or responsibilities outside Sabina’s supported scope.
Can we keep our existing software?
Moving the agreed work into Forge is the preferred path. Keeping another system requires an assessed, supported API connection. Do not assume every property, agency or practice system can be connected or replaced.
Does learning give Sabina more authority?
No. Company knowledge and permission are separate. Authority is agreed for the supported work; knowing something does not give her permission to act.
What should we compare before deciding?
Choose one real task. Compare preparation and review time, source traceability, corrections, approval requirements and the record of completed work. Agree the scope and success measures before a pilot; an illustration is not a measured customer result.

Bring one useful task.
Use your own work, sources and review needs to decide whether Sabina fits.
